Bethlehem Memorials Instructions
If you would like to memorialize a loved one who has called Bethlehem home at some point in their life, please follow the steps below. A name plate will be made and placed on the plaque at the Memorial Garden as well as their name added to the Memorial Page on the church website. An additional personal page can be created with an article, picture and other information if desired.
Pick up a Bethlehem Memorial Garden form in the church foyer or download it HERE. Please fill out as much information as possible.
Fill out the years attended. If you don’t know the specific dates, then you may generalize (examples: 1940s to 1980s or early 1900’s). These dates will be put on the name plate on the plaque at the garden. If you don’t know the dates, then they can be left blank. This will help those reading the plaque to place the person in the right era. Church records can be a little blurry over 130 years so church membership will not be verified.
If you would like a personal page along with an article or obituary to be included on the website, you may write it on the form or email it to Laura McGee at mcgeebbc@gmail.com. You may also include a picture for the website. Contact Laura if you are not able to scan it to a digital file yourself.
The construction and upkeep of the garden relies on donations. You may give any amount through a method below.
