Trissa Dawn Fletcher was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, friend, volunteer, and servant of God. She faithfully attended and served at Bethlehem from 2010 until her death in 2020 at age 46. Trissa was born and raised in Springfield, MO and moved to central Arkansas when she married James Fletcher in 1993. Trissa loved being a stay-at-home mom to raise her children, Treslyn and Tate, and she devoted her life to loving and serving others and to her walk with Christ. Trissa’s joy and attitude pointed people to Jesus. Her dedication to VBS at Bethlehem over many years made an eternal impact on many children. Trissa showed us hope, peace, and an enduring, inspiring faith in adversity during her 40 months dealing with cancer. She led by example to show us how to trust God, glorify Him, and dive deeper into His grace and mercy. The amount of energy, strength, and joy she had, especially during the difficulties of life, was truly a gift from God. Her life was an abundance of love and laughter, memories made, adventures lived, fears faced, lessons learned, and friends made. It was a good life, blessed by God. She is forever loved and incredibly missed. We long for the day we will see her again.
